A Seattle concierge and longevity practice was leaking growth. The site sat on Squarespace with broken SEO, paid search carried everything, and the Microsoft Ads conversion tracking had quietly stopped recording, so budget decisions ran on bad data.
What we did
- Rebuilt the site on Astro, Vercel, and Keystatic: fast, accessible, with 38 structured-data blocks.
- Fixed measurement across Google and Microsoft Ads, plus the scheduler.
- Built the SEO and AI-search foundation: schema to 87.8/100 site health, a five-star Google Business Profile for the local Map Pack, and entity data structured for AI answer engines.
- Reworked paid search: cut an underperforming campaign, moved budget to what converts.
Results
Within weeks, weekly leads rose 48% with cost per lead holding flat. The top ad group now produces leads at $32, under its $36 target. And the practice finally has a fast site, clean tracking, and an organic and AI-search foundation that compounds.
