Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Mav Ads collects on mavads.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.

Mav Ads is a performance marketing agency based in St. Petersburg, Florida. You can reach us any time at vitaliy@mavads.com.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, company, and the services you are interested in if you choose to provide them. We use this only to respond to you and to follow up about working together.

Form submissions are sent to our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, where they are stored as a contact record. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the vendors listed below.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that referred you.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, and Vercel Web Analytics, which measures traffic without cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally either way.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the vendors that run our site and our business, and only so they can provide their service to us. Those are Vercel for hosting, Google for analytics and fonts, and GoHighLevel for our CRM and email. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we never have.

Google user data in our internal tools

Mav Ads operates private, internal applications that connect to Google accounts belonging to our own team members, using Google's official APIs and only after the account holder signs in and grants permission. These tools are not available to the public and are not used to access anyone else's Google account.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from a connected Google account is used only to provide features to the person who connected that account. It is not transferred to anyone else, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train any machine learning or artificial intelligence model. Access can be revoked at any time from the account holder's Google account settings.

Client data

When we run advertising, analytics, or websites for a client, we handle that client's data on their instructions and under our agreement with them. That work is governed by the client's own privacy policy, not this one.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and analytics data for the retention period set in the analytics product. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email us at vitaliy@mavads.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to these things. We honor the request either way, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted here.
