The challenge

A real estate developer came to us frustrated: Google Ads simply was not working. When we dug in, the problem was clear. Performance Max and the Display Network were spending much of the budget on low-quality third-party sites, racking up clicks and form fills that never turned into buyers.

What we did

  • Diagnosed and cut the junk, pulling spend off the low-quality placements that were inflating results without producing sales.
  • Rewired the feedback loop: integrated their HubSpot CRM so qualified leads and actually-sold deals flow back into Google, teaching Smart Bidding to optimize for real revenue instead of cheap form fills.
  • Added Demand Gen as a new channel, which drove incremental sales on top of search.

Results

Instead of chasing whatever produced the cheapest click, the account now optimizes toward closed deals. The developer went from “Google Ads doesn’t work” to a program that learns from its own sales data, with a Demand Gen channel adding incremental revenue on top.
